Q. I can't find Ausubo Press books at my local bookstore. Can I order directly from Ausubo Press?
A. If you can’t find an Ausubo Press title at your local bookstore you can place an order online.
Q. Are Review Copies available?
A. To request a review copy, please address your request on letterhead to the Publicity Department in our editorial office.
Q. Are Examination Copies available?
A. Copies are available on special terms to instructors considering an Ausubo Press book for course material. Examination copies of titles with a list price less than $20.00, enclose $7.00 for each title. For titles with a list price over $20.00, enclose $10.00 for each title. Please make requests on school letterhead, and indicate course and expected enrollment. Shipment will be made only to school addresses.
Q. Do you offer volume discounts for booksellers or educational institutions?
A. Discounts are available to bookstores only and for orders of 10 or more books. Please send your request on bookseller or university bookstore letterhead to the Sales Department in our editorial office. Complimentary desk copies are available to instructors upon receipt of book order.
Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Q. Is my credit card information safe?
A. Ausubo Press, through its payment gateway provider Auhorize.Net, takes transaction security very seriously and operates using Security Best Practices. You can also refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
Q. If I reside outside the United States can I pay by credit card or check?
A. We accept credit cards and we accept International Money Orders made out to Ausubo Press in U.S. dollars only. Please note that International Money Orders are described as such right on the check.
Q. What are your current shipping rates?
A. Shipping and handling within the continental US: please add $3.00 for the first book; add $2.00 for each additional book. If you are a New York resident sales tax of 8.375% will automatically be added to your order. Credit card users outside the US are charged $11.00 for up to 2 books. Readers sending International money orders add $10.00 for up to 2 books. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
